We copy and paste from different sources very frequently and only run into this on occasion, which makes it especially dangerous because, as time passes, we become more lax in watching for these errors. We can copy and paste the paragraph to other pages in the report and spell check still won't recognize errors, but the paragraph before and after will, and format painting from a good paragraph to a bad one makes no difference.
From time to time we will notice that spell check doesn't catch any errors on a specific page or paragraph. We are having occasional trouble with Word's spell checker when working on reports in our office. Choose where you want to search below Search Search the Community.
